1. Delivery of goods by courier:
Delivery price starts at €3(including VAT) in Lithuania and depends on the total weight and volume of the goods you buy. A large part of our products are volumetric (big volume, low value), and we do not include shipping costs in the prices of goods, so please understand why our delivery costs more than you are used to see in other e-shops. The exact delivery price system automatically calculates in the basket according to the volume and weight of the goods. On the right side you'll find the complete delivery price chart. Our automatic delivery calculation system is also based on this chart. The table marks both the weight and the volume of the shipment. So look for a line that fits both parameters to find out the shipping cost. For example: if the shipment is weighing 50kg but its size is 0.3m3, then the shipping cost will be €9 (up to 100kg and up to 0.4m3). If the delivery price seems insignificantly excessive, we suggest you pick up the goods free of charge from our physical stores or contact us and we will surely find the right solution for you.
Exceptional pricing for deliveries to Neringa (Kuršių nerija): +€50 (including VAT) to the shipping price indicated in the basket.
The goods are delivered within next business day if they are ordered and paid (the payment must be credited) before 3pm. If the goods are ordered after 3pm, the order will be sent within the next working day and delivered on the next working day after the shipment.
In six cities of Lithuania (Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipeda, Panevezys, Siauliai and Alytus) you can choose the preferred time of delivery free of charge: from 8am to 2pm, 2pm to 5pm or from 6pm to 10pm. In addition, for an additional €3 or €4 (including VAT) you can choose delivery before 12 noon or 10am.
On the territory of Lithuania, the goods are delivered by courier service "Venipak". All parcels have a tracking number for the goods, which allows you to track the location of the package on the Venipak website.

2. Delivery of goods to Omniva parcel machines:
Delivery to Omniva parcel machine costs only €2 (incl. VAT). Same price applies to all locker sizes. Delivery to the parcel machine is available for parcels up to 30 kg and 0,09m3 (90l) in size. The items that exceed the previously mentioned dimensions or are longer/wider than the largest parcel machine locker (640 x 390 x 380mm) can not be delivered to the parcel machines.
This delivery method will be visible after postal code has been entered in the checkout window. It will only be shown if the goods in your shopping cart do not exceed the required dimensions/weight. The system automatically suggests the closest parcel machines, but you can choose any other parcel machine convenient to you. If this delivery option will not be visible during the checkout process, then the selected goods can not be delivered to the parcel machine (due to dimensions or weight).
Attention: All of our cardboard (and other) boxes are sold only in tile (they are not folded). For example, a box of 300x300x300mm creates a tile which has measurements of 600x600mm. Such dimensions already exceed the size of the largest parcel machine locker (640x390x380mm). Therefore we can not send these products via parcel machine. The dimensions of box tiles are not provided on our site, but you can easily calculate them yourself: box length+width and height+width. For example, a box of 400x300x200mm is actually (when prepared for shipping) 700x500mm (400+300mm and 300+200mm). Our webshop has a system that automatically calculates the size of the shipment as soon as you place any item(s) in the shopping cart. Therefore, if your item(s) exceed the parcel machine's locker size, the system will not offer your parcel machine delivery method (and it will be invisible on the checkout page). In that case you will need to choose other delivery method from the list.
Goods will be shipped only after payment has been confirmed by our bank. If the payment is confirmed before 14:00, then the goods will be shipped during the same business day and delivered in 1-2 business days. If your payment is confirmed after 14:00, then the goods will be shipped the next business day and delivered in 1-2 business days (the parcel machines are filled every day, except on Sundays).
3. From the central warehouse
In the central warehouse located in Vilnius, Gariūnai, you can pick up orders larger than one euro pallet (700 kg weight and/or 1.7 m3 volume). The withdrawal option will appear after exceeding the specified weight/volume.
We recommend arriving to pick up your order with a truck, as the warehouse only has high loading/unloading ramps. We will not dismantle palletized orders.
Orders are prepared in a few hours. As soon as the order is ready for collection, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. a letter. Be sure to get an email before you arrive.

4. Delivery/purchase of goods from physical stores:
As the number of large (bulky) orders in our physical stores increased, the pick-up/ purchase availability has changed. From now on, the purchase/pick up of goods from PaperSeal stores in Vilnius, Kaunas, and Klaipėda will be limited by weight and volume.
In physical stores, you will still be able to purchase/pick up orders that weigh up to 700 kg and have a volume of 1.7 m3 (one standard euro pallet).
Exceeding the weight or volume indicator (anyone) will no longer allow you to choose to pick up from the physical store.
As an alternative, we offer:
- Delivery by courier,
- Pickup from our central warehouse in Vilnius,
- Search for individual transport (we recommend to clarify this when purchasing 4 pallets and more because only then it becomes cheaper than Venipak courier services).
Orders issued before 3 pm, as a rule, will be ready for shipment the next day. When the order is issued, we will send you an email with confirmation. Before you arrive, make sure you receive our letter!
